Cancellation Policy

By booking a session, class, event, or service with ECLIPSE Wellness Studio, you agree to participate responsibly and acknowledge that all offerings are intended to support general wellbeing, personal growth, and community connection. Participation is voluntary, and attendees are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and personal wellbeing during all sessions and events. Payment is required prior to attendance unless otherwise arranged. Member-only pricing and discounts are exclusively available to active members of the Cosmic Community membership program. Non-members are required to pay standard full pricing for all applicable services and events. All information shared within groups and community spaces is expected to be treated with respect and confidentiality. ECLIPSE Wellness Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants whose behaviour may negatively impact the safety, wellbeing, or experience of others. --------- REFUND POLICY: All class, event, or group bookings are non-refundable due to limited spaces and preparation requirements. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us prior to the event. In the unlikely event that ECLIPSE Wellness Studio cancels or reschedules an event, attendees will be offered a credit or full refund.
