Eclipse Wellness Studio is a wāhine-led boutique space for women's wellbeing in Northwest Auckland.
We offer opportunities for women to connect, share experiences, discover new perspectives and explore different aspects of wellbeing through women's circles, supportive groups, workshops, events and individual sessions.
From life transitions and personal growth to spirituality, self-exploration and shared lived experience, Eclipse offers different ways to connect with yourself and other women.

Our Philosophy
Eclipse Wellness Studio was created by Paradoxx Therapies from a belief that genuine connection extends beyond individual appointments. Beyond trends. Beyond surface-level support.
Our studio exists to hold space for women to feel seen, supported, and connected. We value authenticity, curiosity, collaboration and approaches to wellbeing that recognise there is no single path that works for everyone.
Through circles, groups, workshops and shared experiences, we're creating something a little different: a place where women can connect, discover new possibilities and find their own way forward with support.
Kath Dix
Therapist | Paradoxx Therapies
Kath is the founder of Eclipse Wellness Studio and Paradoxx Therapies. She is known to explore the realms of possibility with a natural curiosity about what lies beyond the known.
Her ability to weave together different modalities, perspectives and ways of working creates an approach that is authentic, intuitive and multidimensional.
Kath creates and facilitates experiences that invite women to connect, share, explore and see things from a different perspective, with a little bit of creativity and magic along the way. If you are looking for an alternative approach, this is it.
Amali Mardon [Mars]
Founder | One Sacred Moment
Mars is a holistic wellbeing practitioner dedicated to supporting people through periods of change, healing and personal growth.
Drawing on a range of complementary practices including Angelic Reiki, Usui Reiki, ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release, Mirimiri Romiromi and Access Consciousness Bars & Body processes, she creates a safe and nurturing space for clients to reconnect with themselves and find greater balance, clarity and wellbeing.
Mars' approach is grounded, compassionate and heart-led, meeting each person exactly where they are on their journey.
Charlotte Stevenson
Charlotte Stevenson is a sound, voice and feminine embodiment facilitator who creates intimate, experiential spaces for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves and come alive.
Her work brings together voice, sound, meditation, embodiment and sensory practices to invite women out of their heads and back into their bodies - creating space to listen inward, trust their intuition and reconnect with their own knowing.
Through her work, Charlotte creates experiences that are nourishing, deeply felt and immersive. Her intention is not to teach women how to become someone new, but to create the space for them to remember who they already are, hear their own voice and experience what becomes possible when they begin living from within.
